1. ARY Sahulat Wallet is not a cheque, credit card, debit card, or any other charge card. It’s a Shopping Loyalty Wallet.
2. ARY Wallet Value Back is called ARY Coin and ARY Coin 1 is equal to AED 1.
3. ARY Sahulat Wallet Member will get ARY Coin 1000 at the time of registration, which can be redeemed as per given example below.
4. ARY Sahulat Wallet can be used at all ARY Business Alliances.
5. ARY Sahulat Wallet’s ARY coin can be redeemed at ARY designated outlets only in form of Diamond Jewellery and making charges on Gold Bars/Jewellery.
6. ARY coin should be redeemed within 18 Months from the date of ARY Coin Generated.
7. If Advance ARY Coin 1000 needs to be redeemed before the spending criteria then customer has to deposit AED 1000, which will be returned as Cash back once the defined Shopping Criteria is completed.
8. ARY coin can also be transferred into a Gift Wallet after paying AED 50, Gift Wallet is transferable but Non Refundable and only be redeemed at ARY designated outlets only in form of Diamond Jewellery & Making Charges on Gold Bars/Jewellery.
9. ARY Coin 25 will be awarded on the Remittance transaction of US$ 500 and above
   • Value Back of ARY Coin 10 on Remittance transaction of US$ 200 to US$ 299
   • Value Back of ARY Coin 15 on Remittance transaction of US$ 300 to US$ 399
   • Value Back of ARY Coin 20 on Remittance transaction of US$ 400 to US$ 499
   • Value Back of ARY Coin 25 on Remittance transaction of US$ 500 and above.
10. 20% Services Charges will be deducted from ARY Coin at the time of redemption
    • Example; ARY Coin 100 – available balance ARY Coin 80 after 20% Deduction.
11. ARY Sahulat Wallet Registration is AED 50 Only.
    • ARY Sahulat Wallet Temporary Wallet fee is AED 5
12. ARY Sahulat Wallet monthly charges are AED 5/ Only
13. ARY Sahulat Wallet Membership registration documents are;
    • Residents & Locals : Valid Emirates ID
    • Tourist & non Residents : Valid Passport Copy
14. Customers can become ARY E-Sahulat Wallet Member simply by making their first purchase at any of the ARY Sahulat Wallet Business alliance or by Registration via SMS, Email or Web Site/ Mobile Application.
15. ARY Coin can only be redeemed with physical Sahulat Wallet, with valid Contact Number which is provided at the time of Registration.
16. ARY Sahulat Wallet can be utilized for the purchase of retail transactions only at ARY designated outlets & www.sahulatbazar.com
17. ARY Sahulat Wallet reserves the right to share any transactional or personal information with government law enforcement body if requested.
18. ARY Sahulat Wallet reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
19. ARY Sahulat Wallet has the right to cancel any membership at any point of time if ARY Sahulat Wallet is use for any wrong or illegal purpose.
